Your use of the Mathub platform and Mathub’s services, software, and products (collectively, the “Services”) is subject to these terms and conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Product Listing Policy, IP Infringement Policy, and any other rules and policies Mathub may publish from time to time. Collectively, these documents are referred to as the “Terms.” By accessing the Mathub platform or using the Services, you agree to accept and be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept all of the Terms, or are unable to be bound by them, please do not use the Services.
Users must be of legal age to form a binding contract with Mathub in order to access or use the Services.
Application and Acceptance of the Terms
By using the Mathub platform and any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, including all associated policies and updates. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, please discontinue your use of the Services.

Mathub reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on the platform. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
Platform Fees
Mathub may charge a Platform Fee to users, including sellers, for accessing specific features or services on the platform. These fees will be clearly communicated via the platform or other appropriate channels. Users are responsible for reviewing and accepting any applicable charges, which will be exclusive of any applicable taxes.

MatBook may charge users, including sellers, a Platform Fee for accessing the platform. The applicable fees will be communicated via the platform or other appropriate means. Users are responsible for staying informed of any changes to the Platform Fee. These fees will be exclusive of applicable taxes.
Cancellations and Additional Charges
Mathub reserves the right to impose charges for order cancellations or for any additional services used on the platform, such as advertising or promotional tools. Invoices for such charges will be issued directly to users, who are expected to make timely payments.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, branding elements, trademarks, and other intellectual property on the Mathub platform are the sole property of Mathub Inc. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without express written consent from Mathub.
Third-Party Services
The platform may integrate or make use of third-party services (such as Google Play Services or Firebase Analytics), each governed by their own respective terms and privacy policies.
Limitations of Liability
Mathub is not liable for any unavailability of the platform or services caused by factors beyond its control, including internet outages, technical issues with third-party services, or user device failures. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure they have appropriate internet access and functioning devices to use the Services.
Updates and Changes to Services
Mathub reserves the right to change, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform or its Services at any time, without prior notice. Continued use of the Services after changes have been made indicates your acceptance of those changes.
Termination
Mathub may suspend or terminate user access to the platform at its discretion, with or without cause. Upon termination, users are required to discontinue all use of the platform and remove any associated applications or data from their devices.
